The data controller is PIGIAMA KASAMA B.V, with its registered office in Javastraat, 152 Amsterdam - 1095CL, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative and manager (Matteo Fanchin). The company also appoints (Matteo Fanchin) as the data controller in accordance with Article 28 of the European Regulation No. 679/2016.

Pursuant to the European Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016, we inform you that the personal data collected are used only if it is necessary to contact the customer for any problems or requests relating to bookings and/or payments made. B. to post offices, forwarding agents and couriers for the purpose of sending communications to the CUSTOMER and/or other material relating to the performance of the services of PIGIAMA KASAMA B.V. C. to legal, administrative and tax consultants to the extent necessary or functional for the conduct of the business of Pigiama Kasama B.V., in the manner and for the purposes described above; and to banking institutions for the handling of collections and payments arising from the execution of contracts with the User.

6. WHERE CAN YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED?

Personal data may be freely transferred outside the national territory to countries within the European Union.
Any transfer of the User's personal data to countries outside the European Union will, in any event, take place in compliance with the appropriate and suitable guarantees for the purposes of the transfer itself in accordance with the applicable legislation and in particular article 44 of the Privacy Code and articles 45 and 46 of the Privacy Regulation. The CUSTOMER shall have the right to obtain a copy of the data held abroad and to obtain information about the place where such data is stored by making an express request to the Controller at the address in this notice.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Pigiama Kasama B.V. will process personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

8. MINORS AND PARENTS

Please note that under no circumstances will PIGIAMA KASAMA B.V. knowingly collect data from CUSTOMERS under the age of 18.

We know that children's personal information needs special protection. We urge parents to teach their children never to provide their real names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal information online without parental permission.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You may at any time ask for:

obtain the rectification or erasure of the data or the restriction of processing concerning him;
